Aditude is looking for an expert and strategic Product Manager (Platforms) to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing new and existing platform products that help publishers manage their ad stack.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, and Ad Ops to identify key pillars of growth, develop products, and infuse focus on deliverables that generate incremental revenue (or savings) for customers and the company.

Core qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to take ideas to MVP (0 to 1) and then from MVP to full scale (1 to 100)
- Experience leading multiple products simultaneously
- Experience working in ad tech, preferably in ad operations, publishing, or generally the supply-side of advertising
- Minimum 6+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products you’re deeply proud of
- Experience being accountable for outcomes of business KPIs entirely
- Data-driven: use data to inform your decisions but also comfortable with ambiguity
- Technically proficient: collaborate with engineers effectively to deeply understand the inner workings of how solutions are built
- Strategic: use the science in front of you to craft the art of a product vision and develop multi-quarter strategy and roadmaps for your team(s)–rally the business behind it
- Communication: incredible communicator cross-functionally, upward to leadership, and externally to customers/consumers; no fluff
- Must be a US or Canadian citizen; currently do not sponsor
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent; Self-taught engineers are welcome as well;
- Experience working on publishing or ad operations technology
Role specifications:
- Reports to CTO – will be held accountable to mission critical business goals
- 100% remote in the United States or Canada
- Light travel required for conferences and team summits
