Company Description

Assent is the leading solution for supply chain sustainability tailored for the world’s top-tier, sustainability-driven manufacturers. Hidden risks riddle supply chains, many of which weren't built with sustainability in mind. That's where we step in. With insights from experts, Assent is the tool manufacturers trust for comprehensive sustainability.

We are proud to announce that Assent has crossed the US$100M ARR milestone, granting us Centaur Status. This accomplishment, reached just 8 years following our Series A, makes us the first and only Certified B Corporation in North America's SaaS sustainability industry to celebrate this milestone.

Our journey from $5 million to US$100M ARR in just eight years has been marked by significant growth and achievements. With our $350 million US funding led by Vista Equity Partners, we're poised for even greater expansion and are on the lookout for outstanding team members to join our mission.

Hybrid Work Model

At Assent, we proudly embrace a remote-first work model, valuing the flexibility and autonomy it provides our team. We also acknowledge the intangible benefits of occasional in-person workdays. For team members situated within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, Pune and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office at least one day a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.

Job Description

Turn complexity into clarity—optimize the systems that power our growth

At Assent, we help the world’s most responsible companies build stronger, more transparent supply chains. To support this mission, our go-to-market teams rely on a modern, integrated revenue tech stack. The Revenue Operations team plays a central role in ensuring these systems are connected, optimized, and aligned to deliver value at scale.

We’re looking for a mid-career Revenue Systems Analyst to join our global Revenue Operations team onsite in Pune, India. This role will serve as a key systems partner across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success, helping translate business needs into system solutions that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and drive adoption across platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Drift, and others.

This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-savvy operator who enjoys solving complex challenges through automation, integration, and process design.

What you’ll do

  • Support and optimize the revenue tech stack – Drive configuration, process improvement, and performance monitoring across Salesforce and integrated GTM platforms (Pardot, Outreach, Drift, etc.).
  • Serve as a systems consultant – Partner with internal stakeholders to intake system requests, ask the right questions, and propose clear, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Scope and document technical work – Translate business needs into structured requirements, create clear scopes of work, and collaborate closely with CRM administrators, developers, and enterprise technology teams.
  • Drive system automation – Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual work, streamline approval flows, and eliminate friction in sales and marketing processes.
  • Support integration efforts – Ensure tools in the GTM ecosystem communicate effectively, validate data flows, and contribute to a unified customer experience.
  • Monitor data quality and governance – Help enforce data policies across platforms and contribute to system-related audits and reporting as needed.
  • Contribute to cost optimization – Identify underutilized tools, redundant workflows, or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that save time or reduce cost.
  • Enable the business – Provide training, documentation, and support for field users and internal teams, helping drive adoption and understanding of systems.
  • Stay ahead of tech evolution – Monitor updates, best practices, and trends in RevOps systems to ensure Assent’s stack remains modern, effective, and future-proof.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or related roles—ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with connected tools such as Pardot, Outreach, Drift, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and automation tools within the sales and marketing tech stack.
  • Proven ability to gather and refine business requirements, write functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for delivery.
  • A process-oriented mindset with demonstrated experience optimizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills—you ask thoughtful questions, synthesize feedback, and explain technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and responsive—you keep track of multiple initiatives while staying focused on delivery and impact.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) and documentation best practices.
