We are a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of innovation in the cybersecurity space. We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand to support our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Oversee demand generation campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), multi-channel marketing initiatives and events.

  • Manage and mentor a team of demand generation marketers and sales development representatives (SDRs).

  • Collaborate closely with sales, brand, product, and content teams to align messaging and optimize conversion rates.

  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics to ensure efficiency and ROI.

  • Closely manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to ensure seamless execution and tracking of campaigns.

  • Partner with the sales team to develop nurture strategies to improve sales conversion rates.

  • Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication programs.

  • Experiment with new growth channels and innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Ensure all demand generation efforts align with company brand and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within the B2B tech industry.

  • Proven experience leading and growing a marketing team, with a track record of coaching and developing talent.

  • Strong background in managing SDR teams and driving alignment between marketing and sales.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

  • Deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including ABM, content marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, coming into the Boston office at least two days per week.
