We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand to support our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
Oversee demand generation campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), multi-channel marketing initiatives and events.
Manage and mentor a team of demand generation marketers and sales development representatives (SDRs).
Collaborate closely with sales, brand, product, and content teams to align messaging and optimize conversion rates.
Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics to ensure efficiency and ROI.
Closely manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to ensure seamless execution and tracking of campaigns.
Partner with the sales team to develop nurture strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication programs.
Experiment with new growth channels and innovative marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Ensure all demand generation efforts align with company brand and messaging.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within the B2B tech industry.
Proven experience leading and growing a marketing team, with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
Strong background in managing SDR teams and driving alignment between marketing and sales.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including ABM, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, coming into the Boston office at least two days per week.
