To help us take our next step, we are looking for a driven CRM Manager to help us continue our journey in the health and wellness market and bring BURST products to patients everywhere.
Your Mission:
As a part of the BURST team, the CRM Manager will oversee the development and execution of initiatives to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. You’ll manage the CRM platform, analyze customer data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, impactful experiences that build loyalty and drive growth.
In addition to core CRM responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in managing, engaging, and messaging our ambassador community. This includes developing strategies to foster ambassador loyalty, creating personalized communication plans, and working closely with marketing and community teams to ensure ambassadors feel supported, informed, and empowered to promote BURST products. Your efforts will help bridge our customer and ambassador engagement strategies, amplifying BURST's impact and reach.
This role is fully remote and will report to our CMO.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy, focusing on retention, engagement, and customer satisfaction while establishing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage customer data to uncover insights, inform strategies, and create targeted campaigns for various audience segments.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications and loyalty programs) with a focus on A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Maintain and enhance the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and usability, integrating with other marketing tools as necessary.
- Develop seamless customer journeys and identify opportunities to enhance lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals and coordinate system enhancements with IT.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in email marketing, in-app/push notifications, and marketing strategy, with a proven track record in:
- Lifecycle marketing creative/messaging strategy
- Audience segmentation
- Automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase reminders, etc.)
- Personalization
- Data analytics and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment, managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and self-motivation, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Confident and professional communication skills, with comfort in leading calls and engaging via phone or Zoom.
