We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our Canada sales team. Reporting directly to the CSO, the VP of Sales will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align goals and drive integrated sales and marketing initiatives
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales plans, including territory management, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies
  • Represent ButterflyMX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
