We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales specializing in upselling to lead and expand our upsell team. Reporting directly to the CSO, the VP of Sales (Upsell) will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive upsell revenue and exceed targets. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement upsell strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue from existing customers
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on upselling, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Continuously analyze customer needs, usage data, and market trends to identify upsell opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams to align goals and drive integrated upsell initiatives
  • Oversee the development and execution of upsell plans, including territory management, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Monitor upsell performance and provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement of upsell processes and methodologies
  • Represent ButterflyMX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
