ButterflyMX is hiring a Director of Sales Enablement to join our growing Sales Operations team! Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that empower our sales team to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Establish a best in class enablement program to improve performance of existing reps and improve time to ramp for new reps
  • Create and deliver sales methodology trainings and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Evaluate, acquire, and implement a Learning Management System to provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members, including onboarding and skills development
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and resources that support the sales process
  • Establish metrics and processes to measure the effectiveness and impact of sales enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of sales and marketing efforts
  • Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems to optimize productivity
  • Establish and maintain work streams for new product launches
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and goals, and drive alignment across the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and training
