ButterflyMX is hiring a Senior Technical Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and other critical business searches as needed. This is a new addition to our growing Talent Acquisition Team! In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership, owning the recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance. You will play a key role in shaping effective hiring processes, building proactive pipelines of top technical talent, and delivering a thoughtful and efficient candidate experience.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting for technical roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership
Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and targeted profiles
Build structured interview plans and evaluation frameworks aligned with role competencies
Manage requisition progress and ensure alignment with agreed hiring timelines and goals
Technical Sourcing Strategy
Execute on proactive sourcing strategies to identify high-quality technical candidates
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, targeted company research, and professional networks to build candidate pipelines
Track and analyze sourcing outreach metrics to inform strategy and share insights with hiring teams
Candidate Screening & Evaluation
Conduct structured recruiter screens tailored to technical roles and levels
Evaluate candidate experience to assess technical depth, relevant skills, and alignment with role expectations
Hiring Manager Partnership
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Provide guidance on market conditions, candidate pipelines, and hiring timelines
Facilitate clear and timely communication between hiring teams and candidates
Escalate risks or delays that may impact hiring goals
Interview Process Management
Design structured interview processes and develop scorecards aligned with evaluation criteria
Align interviewers on expectations and interview assessment areas
Facilitate interview debrief discussions to support data-driven hiring decisions
Ensure a consistent, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
Offer Management & Closing
Partner with HR and leadership to align compensation and offer strategy
Identify candidate motivations and potential risks throughout the process
Deliver verbal offers and manage negotiations between candidates and hiring teams
Prepare offer documentation and ensure proper approvals are completed
Track offer acceptance metrics and trends to inform recruiting strategy
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline visibility within the applicant tracking system
Provide regular updates on requisition status, pipeline health, and hiring progress
Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements
People Team Collaboration
Partner closely with HR Business Partners on hiring initiatives
Contribute to People Team initiatives that move the needle for talent acquisition
Represent ButterflyMX professionally in all candidate interactions and serve as a brand ambassador for the company
Requirements:
8–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 5 years experience recruiting for technical roles
Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building proactive talent pipelines
Ability to assess technical candidates and distinguish depth of experience across different seniority levels
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience designing structured interview processes and driving data-driven hiring decisions
Ability to operate with ambiguity and adapt to new processes and technologies
Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience managing offer processes
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational discipline
Experience working with applicant tracking systems - experience using Ashby is a strong advantage
