About this Job

Connatix is seeking a Technical Operations (AdOps) Associate to join our demand organization. The Associate together with the team lead will be supporting the Connatix Sales team and the Connatix Programmatic Account Management team with the PMP operations in order to grow the PMP revenues. The operation work includes but not limited to: deal activation, deal troubleshooting, deal optimization & analytics.

The ideal candidate should come from Advertising Operations or analytical Ad Tech backgrounds & have experience with DSP platforms such as TTD, DV360, MediaMath, Yahoo DSP, Adobe and alike in terms of campaign setup & structure, brand safety, performance capabilities, and reporting.


  • Works closely with a team of Sellers & Account Managers to fulfill client deliverables including PMP activation, troubleshooting, optimization & internal-facing PMP ad operations.
  • Collaborate with Sellers & Account Managers to brainstorm strategic recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs for high priority campaigns.
  • Monitor and maximize budgets in accordance with client objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to highlight key trends
  • Perform project based work as needed.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to streamline company procedures/efficiency.
  • Support initiatives across the company by owning demand knowledge insights and expertise.
  • Work closely with the product team on new efficiencies/process improvements.
  • Point of escalation for all of the programmatic account management deals.
  • Serve as day-to-day expert for PMP ops solutions.


  • 1+ years of RTB/programmatic experience is required (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Related experience including AdOperations.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong team player as well as an efficient individual contributor.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be accountable for results in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Is adept at navigating the intricacies of tactical systems and processes (e.g., SSPs, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Technology/Engineering, or related fields that focus heavily on strategy and data analysis.
