About the Role
Creatio is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our business in Indonesia and SEA. This role is a key leadership position for the region, focused on driving enterprise sales, managing high-impact deals, and building a strong local team. You’ll also play a central role in expanding our partner ecosystem and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Leadership
Own and deliver the regional revenue target, with clear accountability for performance and outcomes.
Lead complex end-to-end enterprise deals, managing all stages from prospecting to closure.
Support and coach team members in live deals and strategic conversations.
Partner closely with BDRs, solution consultants, and marketing to drive pipeline generation and conversion.
Collaborate with key implementation partners in the region to co-sell and support customer success.
Ensure accurate and consistent forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting of sales KPIs.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Execute Creatio’s go-to-market strategy across Indonesia, adapting to local dynamics and competition.
Develop clear sales plans by vertical, segment, and account tier.
Localize positioning, messaging, and pricing approaches as needed to win in the market.
Represent Creatio in customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry events.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, lead, and grow a high-performance regional sales team.
Set clear objectives, provide regular coaching, and lead performance reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
Ensure tight alignment with regional marketing, product, and partner functions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, ideally in SaaS, CRM, BPM, or ERP
Proven success in closing complex deals and navigating executive-level sales cycles
Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and buyer behavior
Experience working with or alongside enterprise partners and system integrators
Experience leading and scaling a team, with excellent people and performance management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization
Fluent in English and Bahasa
