Who We’re Looking For

We are strengthening our team with an AI Architect who will drive the architectural vision and ensure scalable, high-quality AI/GenAI solutions across the platform.

The role focuses on building and evolving a coherent architecture aligned with business goals, system-level quality requirements, and clear engineering principles, enabling teams to deliver independently at scale.

This position acts as a design authority and enabler rather than a delivery or people manager.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve AI architecture and technical vision
• Establish architectural standards and guardrails
• Design system-level decisions and integrations
• Validate high-impact designs and ensure NFR alignment
• Enable teams and support architectural decision-making

Requirements

• Strong experience in GenAI architecture
• Hands-on with agentic systems (LangChain, etc.)
• Experience with RAG and vector databases
• Cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Solid background in distributed systems
• Understanding of LLMOps, security, and evaluation
