This includes the company’s fast-growing direct-to-consumer products business, featuring comedic apparel and accessories based on what’s trending, as well as our Breezy golf apparel line.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Talent Intern (Creator Acquisition) with a real pulse for identifying the best, most talented and up-and-coming online creators on social media. This person lives and breathes social content, across various categories/platforms, and has an innate understanding of what it takes to grow an audience and make consistent, compelling content. This person has a relentless drive, is passionate about the creator economy, and is highly organized with great attention to detail.

This intern will report directly to the Head of Creator Partnerships. We are ideally looking for someone in the New York City area, so they can occasionally (1-2 days per week) work from our NYC office.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Creator Partnerships to source viable content creators that fit specific criteria.
  • Build comprehensive target lists on content creators across different platforms and content categories with the ability to clearly communicate rationale behind candidates.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis with KPI’s that backup their findings. Demonstrating findings through reporting & presentations.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective candidates and manage meetings and communication between Doing Things stakeholders and the candidate.

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in the worlds of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat.
  • An impeccable eye for unique, and up and coming social media talent as well as trends.
  • Familiarity with content creation is a plus.
  • Naturally creative, innovative, scrappy & resourceful.
  • Strong EQ skills.
  • Strong written & verbal communication; strong ability to articulate.

The hourly rate for this internship at the time of posting will be $15 USD per hour.
