Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Account Coordinator to join and support our fast growing Brand Partnerships team at Doing Things. As the Account Coordinator, you will be a key contributor to the Sales Operations team and responsible for the successful organization, execution & logistics of our partnerships with many of the world's top advertisers and their agencies, ultimately ensuring the execution and delivery of our programs.

You will be responsible for campaign-level operations, financial management, reporting, and the development of client-facing materials. Working in Excel, Meta Ads Manager, and other project management software – you are an analytical problem solver with strong time management, organization, and communication skills.

This role is eligible for remote work, but must be based in the Los Angeles, California area.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Account Planning Team across campaign execution - including campaign setup, ad operations, reporting, and campaign wrap-up
  • Manage a campaign’s finance process
  • Synthesize media plans into CRM platform
  • Responsible for confirming ad inventory, checking avails, reserving holds & updating inventory calendars in real-time per the program
  • Assist in development of a program’s client-facing materials [i.e. production timelines, kick-off call decks, wrap decks, etc]
  • Assist in coordinating all creative production – organizing & preparing content delivery materials for client review/approval
  • Coordinate & confirm outside creators for ad campaigns // handle all paperwork, payments, etc
  • Responsible for populating campaign reporting to provide pacing reports, post-campaign delivery reports, and other materials for client recaps
  • Set up & maintain paid media on campaigns [via Meta Ads Manager] to ultimately ensure the full delivery of media programs through actualization / reconciliation
  • Assist execution of any program studies – brand lift, sentiment, etc
  • Responsible for populating & maintaining all internal documents/databases with each program’s clean, accurate reporting & final actualized information
  • Identify problems, troubleshoot solutions, and effectively communicate status across key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 1.5+ years managing campaigns in a media company, agency, or similar industry
  • Campaign reporting experience – experience in the backend insights of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat is a plus
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Media Planning familiarity or experience
  • Experience with project management tools - Monday.com, G-Suite, Slack, Asana
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Interest in & knowledge of the social media landscape regarding content - specifically memes and viral content
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

The base salary for this position at the time of posting will range from $60,000 to $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
