Doing Thing is seeking a Video Production Intern for the Fall 2025 semester. This internship offers hands-on experience for students aiming to break into media and production. Interns work directly on key tasks across pre-production, production, and post, supporting a busy video team that executes 2–6 shoots per month.Responsbilities include location scouting, booking, crew coordination, vendor communication, logistics troubleshooting, schedule and call sheet creation. These workflows mirror the work of Production Coordinators, Managers, and Producers across the industry.We’re committed to giving interns meaningful experience that can translate to the requirements of industry jobs, and are committed to supporting their long-term career goals. Responsibilities:
- Assisting with pre-production planning, including scheduling meetings, drafting call sheets, sourcing props, locations, vendors, and securing permits
- Providing administrative and logistical support to the production team such as tracking and coordinating production equipment
- Supporting on set by coordinating talent and crews, securing craft/meals, and ensuring production runs on schedule
- Organizing and backing up footage and release forms as needed to coordinate post-production
- Must be a college student, currently enrolled, with the ability to receive college credits for internship
- Experience with Video Production a plus
- Experience working on/producing IRL events a plus.
- Experience producing content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) a plus
