We seek a full-time Ambassador Program Lead to join our team at Dragonfly, developing and overseeing our Facebook communities, Influencer and Ambassador programs, and social.

Founded in 2019, Dragonfly is an acquirer and developer of standout eCommerce brands. Our team is led by founders with extensive experience on the Amazon platform and in the eCommerce ecosystem. Since our founding, we have developed proprietary algorithms and technologies to inform our acquisition strategy as well as in-house new product development and creative capabilities to build de novo brands and products at scale. With our unique approach, we quickly identify promising brands and grow them to their full potential.

We have raised over $500M in equity and debt to pursue our vision and are backed by industry-leading consumer-focused Private Equity firm, L Catterton. We are projecting to continue adding brands and products at a rapid pace over the coming years and are looking for high-caliber and well-rounded team members with the capabilities to help us achieve our ambitious vision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and oversee the community management for various brands, looking for ways to acquire new followers and engage our current Facebook communities more effectively. Through social listening, you will identify opportunities for engagement and share insights from the community that can inform our overall product, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
  • You will find innovative ways to build and scale our Ambassador programs to drive advocacy, engagement, and sales across our brands. You will be responsible for engaging the Ambassadors, optimizing the programs, and reporting on performance.
  • You will manage the influencer partnership cycle including outreach, rate collection, negotiations, agreements, product orders, execution of deliverables, and reporting.
  • You will own the planning, management, and execution of social posting, with a primary focus on leveraging UGC from our community and Ambassadors to drive engagement and conversion
  • You will generate monthly analytics report on engagement KPIs across social campaigns and affiliate sales

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing
  • Prior experience building and fostering online communities and ambassadorship on social media
  • Must have strong proficiency and understanding of major social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Excited by the opportunity to generate new ideas and processes where previously none existed, or optimizing on current processes
  • Strategic, results-oriented thinker; committed to achieving and exceeding aggressive goals
  • Ability to create and edit social content and reels
