We are projecting to continue adding brands and products across a wide range of categories and are looking for high-caliber and well-rounded team members with the capabilities to help us achieve our ambitious vision.

In order to scale Dragonfly successfully we need the right combination of process, data, and technology to automate effective decision making and action routing. As an ERP Product Associate, you will enable our teams to fully leverage the value of our ERP system.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will develop materials for and conduct end-user training sessions
• You will determine requirements for and create product documentation
• You will support end users through with Q&A and troubleshooting issues
• You will configure new platforms and support integrating acquisitions
• You will identify opportunities to improve and automate ERP processes
• You will implement these ERP process opportunities
• You will maintain, validate and repair system data
• You will customize reports and import/export functionality
• You will collect and organize user feedback

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in product management, a technical ecommerce or supply chain role, or management consulting
• Passionate about figuring out best practices and evangelizing them
• Effective communicator; ability to make complex topics seem simple
• High attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream issues
• The ability to understand processes and identify where they’re suboptimal and can be improved with the tools we have available
• Understanding the big picture
• An “I can figure this out” mentality

Great if you have (not a must):

• Experience working remotely
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with a project management tool like asana
• Experience with an enterprise-grade ERP system (Acumatica)
