We seek a Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join Veritas Companies, LLC.

Veritas Companies, LLC is a consumer goods company specializing in manufacturing and selling furniture restoration and DIY craft products.

Veritas Companies, LLC is one of our most promising brands, offering customers affordable and achievable luxury across furniture restoration and DIY craft projects. Together the two brands generate more than $3M of revenue each year. The brands operate from our studio and warehouse facility in Memphis with an onsite team of 8 and remote support from Dragonfly’s corporate team for many marketing, purchasing, operations, and accounting functions.

As part of our continued investment in the growth of the brands and the transition from the original owners, we have created a new onsite general manager role to accelerate growth and tighten execution.

Role & Responsibilities.

Content Creation:

• Develop, shoot, and edit 2-3 short-form video Reels/TikToks daily, ensuring they're tailored to our brand's voice and ethos.
• Craft compelling captions, visuals, and stories that resonate with our creative community.
• Regularly feature in front of the camera, personifying the brand's passion for creativity.
• Work alongside the team to brainstorm and realize content campaigns, especially during product launches, sales, and featured projects.

Social Media Management:

• Schedule, post, and oversee content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Monitor social media metrics, refining strategies based on performance and engagement insights.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on strategic initiatives and campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and multimedia content creation, especially Reels and TikToks.
• Comfortable and confident being the face of video content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools/software.
• Strong understanding of the intricacies of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Ability to toggle between independent tasks and team collaborations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative eye that aligns with our brands' aesthetics and values.
