We are looking for a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and contribute to our financial planning and analysis efforts. The Analyst will support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role involves data analysis, financial modelling, and collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate financial information is available for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for modelling.

RESPONSBILITIES

Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning
• Support the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with strategic goals
• Communicate budget and forecast updates effectively to various departments
  
  
  

Financial Reporting & Data Analysis:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including consolidation, variance analysis and financial metrics
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Leverage CRM data to provide insights on customers and sales performance
• Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks and provide insights into business performance
• Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate financial results, trends, and forecasts to senior management and other stakeholders
  
  
  

Revenue Recognition:

• Assist in the review and analysis of revenue recognition processes and policies
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile and validate revenue data
• Knowledge of revenue recognition rules across all three entities (ASC 606 for US GAAP, FRS 102 for UK, etc)
  
  
  

Cross Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  
  
  

Process Improvement:

• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function
• Participate in the development and enhancement of financial systems and tools
  
  
  

Ad Hoc Analysis:

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management using PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Strong skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating clear, compelling presentations

Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Saleforce) is a plus

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
