This is a unique opportunity to join the fastest growing company in body worn camera technology. Since its formation in 2019, HALO has achieved remarkable growth and is rapidly expanding on a global scale. Based in our Belfast HQ this new position will report directly to the Sales Director. Candidates should have previous experience in a Business Development role. They will have worked in an outbound calling position supported by strategic marketing campaigns aimed at specific verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing qualified appointments with prospects focussing on UK and Ireland. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate and create business opportunities in conjunction with the sales and marketing strategy
- Deliver results against assigned targets
- Leverage customer wins to create additional opportunities for related or similar prospects
- Proven ability to exceed targets on a consistent basis
- Precision in identifying suspects versus prospects that can move through a sales process to close
- Ability to demonstrate business development success exclusively through a sales office environment
- Organise work to manage a predictable prospecting and selling process
- Utilise tools and systems to maximise productivity
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment a plus
- Previous experience with CRM systems a plus
- Discipline to work in a complex environment against ambitious performance targets
- Experience in ramping up quickly against targets and goals
- Demonstrated ability to quickly qualify opportunities
- Experience in software, tech or related industry preferred

- Fluent in English
