Job Summary

We seek a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new sales opportunities. Your ability to connect with prospects, communicate the value of our offerings, and build relationships will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting:
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Leverage tools like CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and data providers to build targeted prospect lists.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Outbound Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage prospects effectively.
  • Personalize messaging to resonate with prospects and address their pain points.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and ensure alignment with the sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals, including calls, emails, meetings set, and qualified leads delivered.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in an outbound sales, BDR, or similar role (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Confidence in making high-volume cold calls and personalized email outreach.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Private Security, Healthcare, Retail , Transportation & Logistics
  • Knowledge of sales engagement platforms like SalesLoft,.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
