The Marketing Manager role supports our UK/IRL sales team by designing and executing demand generation programs that create pipeline and accelerate revenue. Based in our Dublin office, this individual contributor role works closely with our Business Development Reps (BDRs) to shape campaigns around market trends and to ensure those campaigns are delivered effectively.
This is an ideal role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is highly motivated by outcomes. You’ll be the link between marketing strategy and sales execution, with a focus on aligning efforts to real sales priorities. That means being both analytical and action-oriented, using data to assess what’s working and working side by side with sales to adapt as needed.
The Marketing Manager role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and be a dotted line to the Head of European Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated outbound campaigns that generate leads and support sales goals in the UK market; partner closely with BDRs to shape messaging and tactics based on market trends and real-time campaign feedback.
- Lead local event planning and execution, including trade shows, prospect roundtables, and customer engagements; collaborate with sales to ensure event participation supports pipeline goals and develop supporting content for promotion and follow-up.
- Support content development for campaigns, outreach, and in-market engagement; develop copy for email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, landing pages as part of campaign activity.
- Identify and evaluate relevant trade associations; manage memberships to maximize value through access to events, member lists, speaking opportunities, and relationship building that supports demand generation and brand visibility.
- Bring structure and consistency to campaign execution, ensuring Hubspot is used effectively to track campaign activity, lead progression, and reporting. Support Sales leadership with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis.
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing by sharing feedback, surfacing opportunities, and staying focused on results.
Role Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with experience in demand generation and campaign execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Experience across a variety of marketing channels including events, webinars, email, syndicated content, outbound marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platformComfortable using data to evaluate results and make informed decisionsStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and move quickly.
- Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and bring people togetherHighly adaptable and resourceful, with a bias for action
- Must be based in Dublin or willing to relocate, with the ability to work in the office full-time
