We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales role in Lewisville, TX.
What you'll work on
- Lead Qualification: Identify and pursue potential clients, moving them efficiently through the sales funnel.
- Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls: Handle incoming inquiries and leads, clearly communicating the value of our products and services. Conduct outbound calls and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Product Demos: Deliver value-based product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and functionality of our solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Sales Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Inside Sales and Lead Generation role, driving revenue and acquiring new clients
- Strong skills and experience in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Previous experience in technology or security-focused industries is a plus
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot
- Strong skills in following up with potential customers and closing deals
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is preferred
