Manager, Growth Marketing (China Based)

With access to over 30,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates.
We are seeking a data-driven and industry-savvy Growth Marketing and Field Manager to lead demand generation and brand growth initiatives in the China market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute China market growth strategy: Build and optimize a scalable demand generation engine targeting Amazon sellers; own MQL volume, lead quality, and MQL-to-SQL conversion performance.
- Build industry content and brand authority: Lead content strategy across WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, and other key channels; produce in-depth insights on affiliate marketing, off-Amazon traffic, and AI-driven marketing to strengthen Levanta’s positioning.
Lead In-Person Event Coordination: Source and help execute on in-person events across the APAC region, driving qualified leads and brand exposure.
- Implement AI-driven marketing and automation workflows: Leverage AI tools to improve content production efficiency and optimize lead acquisition, qualification, and performance analytics.
- Drive scalable lead acquisition through BD and ecosystem partnerships: Collaborate with Business Development and external partners to execute industry events, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic collaborations that generate high-quality seller pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing or growth experience, preferably within cross-border e-commerce; SaaS background is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, including off-Amazon traffic strategies, influencer marketing, and advertising systems.
- Proven experience growing WeChat Official Accounts or Xiaohongshu from 0 to 1.
- Strong ROI mindset with solid analytical and performance-tracking capabilities.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and enhance productivity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution ability and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- 联动 BD 与行业资源实现规模化获客:策划行业活动与合作项目,整合服务商与社群资源,持续提升精准卖家获取能力。
【岗位要求】
- 2年以上 B2B Marketing 或跨境电商行业市场/增长经验,SaaS 行业背景加分;
- 深度理解亚马逊运营逻辑(站外流量、达人营销、广告体系等);
- 有公众号或小红书从 0 到 1 增长经验;
- 具备明确的 ROI 与数据分析思维;
- 熟练使用 AI 工具优化营销流程;
- 具备创业心态,执行力强,善于跨团队协作。
