We are seeking a hands-on HR Leader who thrives on both strategic challenges and operational tasks. In this vital role, you’ll drive HR strategies aligned with our mission to protect organizations from cyber threats while addressing LATAM market challenges.

You'll focus on attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting our rapid growth. Your strategic vision will be key to building a high-performing workforce in this fast-paced industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Talent Acquisition: Design and implement a targeted talent acquisition strategy that meets the specific needs of the LATAM cybersecurity market, while also providing direction for continuing expansion in the US and globally.
  • Establish Performance Management Systems: Create a performance management framework that promotes continuous feedback, sets clear expectations, and fosters employee development.
  • Design Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Develop attractive compensation and benefits packages that align with market trends and address the unique demands of the LATAM region.
  • Promote Cultural Agility: Create initiatives that enhance cultural sensitivity and adaptability, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams in LATAM.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Develop programs that boost job satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being, contributing to a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong engagement with employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape impactful HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in HR leadership, particularly in the LATAM region with expertise in labor laws and compliance.
  • Experience in U.S.-based companies is a plus.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficient in English (C1+); interviews will be in English.
  • A collaborative, hands-on leader.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Ethical and courageous in decision-making.
