MILLIONS is a social E-commerce / interactive video platform for athletes, gyms and sports organizations. Our platform allows athletes to host WatchParties (free or sponsored) . Your job is to help build our eco systems of amazing brand partners that want to work with the world's best athletes by sponsoring their live streams (watchparties). We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our B2B sales through email campaigns and lead generation.

Positon Summary:

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing successful email marketing campaigns, managing email lists, and ensuring that our email marketing efforts align with our overall marketing strategy. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our marketing team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality email marketing campaigns that engage and convert potential customers and brands.

NOTE: This job is on-site and requires you to be in office in Cancún Mexico. Please do not proceed with the application if you are not open to relocating or if you are seeking a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute successful email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and other email marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage email lists, ensuring that we are targeting the right audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content that aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
• Implement lead generation tactics through email campaigns to attract new customers and generate interest in our products and services.
• Monitor and analyze email marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize for conversions.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience with email marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $20,000 MXN per month + Performance Bonuses

Target: $30,000-45,000 MXN
