Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of People & Culture to lead our Human Resources function and drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of People & Culture will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and support the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on people and culture matters.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention, talent development, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback and measure engagement.

Culture and Diversity:

  • Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a diverse and welcoming workplace.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Learning and Development:

  • Develop and oversee learning and development programs that align with employee and organizational needs.
  • Support continuous learning and skills development.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

HR Compliance:

  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are compliant.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.

Communication and Change Management:

  • Lead internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed about organizational changes, initiatives, and updates.
  • Effectively manage change initiatives and support employees through transitions.
