At Securonix, our Senior Technical Account Managers (TAMs) serve as the linchpin of every customer engagement. Working closely with our customers to demo, deploy, operationalize, and extend the Securonix platform, our TAMs thrive on solving problems and building new technology. As a TAM, you will be faced with an endless series of hard problems to tackle as our customers revolutionize enterprise operations and security with Securonix. Because the TAM position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities, we seek exceptionally versatile candidates with demonstrable acumen in each of the below areas.

Job Title: Senior Technical Account Manager

Primary Skill Sets: Cyber Security Background, Customer Advocacy, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell, SIEM

Secondary Skill Sets: SOC Operations

Summary:

TAM will ensure end-to-end delivery of customer experience and be the trusted advisor and primary technical SPOC. They will be also responsible for retaining and growing current client revenue in the region.

Responsibilities:

Account Delivery Management

  • Awareness of key stakeholders (Individuals & Teams)
  • Stay connected with customer’s technology owners (Engineering) and actual consumers (SOC Operations)
  • Document and update immediate priorities and challenges
  • Current state value realization assessment and alignment

Customer Sentiment/Health

  • Establish and conduct regular cadences with key stakeholders
  • Accurate and transparent current state health/sentiment disclosure to internal ELTs (Executive Leadership Team)
  • Conduct proactive risk assessments and assess the need for SWAT support and executive sponsor attention

Field Engagement

  • Perform proactive health checks on SIEM deployment
  • Proactive escalations to internal support teams

Customer Accountability

  • Operate under proactive/reactive mode to ensure overall health of platform and solution.
  • Proactively conduct periodic risk assessments to identify key priorities and proactive mitigations to ensure healthy sentiment
  • Stay close with the product consuming teams to better understand/deliver value
  • Continuous enablement to improve adoption & collaborate with sales team

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
  • 10+ years experience in SIEM/Cyber Security Industry
  • 5+ years experience in Cyber Security operations
  • Must have worked in the region for a significant portion of the career
  • Strong empathy for customers
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business model
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead a team of experienced TAM and technologists
  • Preferably based in Mumbai with ability to manage/experience with large scale and complex enterprises, preferably banks .
