Summary:

As an Account Manager, Renewals at Securonix you will play a pivotal role in spearheading customer retention initiatives. In this role you’ll be responsible for building and managing our existing customer relationships. This role will work closely with our customers to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity for Securonix to deliver further value to their business. You will be directly responsible for both renewal and expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. We are looking for someone who can create excitement in our clients, help them appropriately prioritize their goals with Securonix, and establish themselves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner with Securonix.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Relentlessly focus on growth for Securonix, your team, and yourself, and systematically enhance and streamline existing processes for improved speed and efficiency
  • The Coverage & Scope of this role would be in the APMEA region
  • Establish yourself as an industry thought leader and build deep relationships with C-Suite executives across the industry
  • Drive a full cycle enterprise sales process and coach others on your team.
  • Deliver on monthly quota for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Ownership of forecast for renewals
  • Be ruthlessly committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers and be a dedicated advocate for them, ensuring that we consistently fulfill our promises as an organization
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for the growing Account Executive organization. Be a thought partner for the team through our customer journey
  • Establish yourself as a key leader at Securonix by effectively collaborating across Product, Operations, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are appropriately prioritized
  • Lead the formation of a high-performing team focused on delivering value and growth to our partners, while strategically optimizing Securonix’s processes for scalable efficiency
  • Manage complex customer relationships across Fortune 100 companies
  • Manage and support the team through renewal and expansion cycles with our customers.
  • Oversee the Predictive attrition process, ensuring comprehensive analysis and prompt updates regarding at-risk customers


Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Account Management experience in Sales & 5+ years of field sales experience focused on generating renewals in business within enterprise accounts. Require prior experience in working on Renewals with key customers in the APMEA region.
  • Require domain experience in Cyber Security. Should have managed sales and renewals in a prior Cyber Security product company.
  • History of understanding customer pain points, strategic initiatives, and mapping solutions to meet those needs
  • Natural curiosity for customer challenges and intuition for mapping solutions to help solve those pain points.
  • Ability to balance trade-offs across multiple customers and arrive at win-win scenarios for our portfolio of customers
  • Proven ability to establish deeper relationships with C Level executives across multiple customers
  • Experience managing a quota in renewal and expansion opportunities
  • We are seeking a pro-active, strategic thinker who can work cross functionally to drive right outcomes for Securonix
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
