Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will support the execution and optimization of field marketing programs and events aimed at driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts within specific regions. The Field Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure effective and impactful marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing regional and national events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, executive dinners/events).
  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue coordination, vendor relationships, attendee registration, and event promotion.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, from planning through post-campaign analysis.
  • Track campaign metrics and assist in reporting on ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Channel teams to understand their objectives and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
  • Provide ongoing support to field sales teams by delivering the right marketing assets and materials.
  • Gather insights on regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help inform marketing strategies.
  • Help in tracking and managing leads generated from field marketing efforts, ensuring proper handoff to sales teams.
  • Collaborate on lead nurturing strategies, including follow-up communications and post-event outreach.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and event outcomes to the Field Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets for event details, attendee tracking, and campaign performance.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, including event organizers, printing companies, and promotional product suppliers.
  • Help with budget tracking and ensuring field marketing campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in field marketing and event management for B2B enterprises. Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to support and accelerate sales teams, driving towards revenue goals.
  • Experience collaborating with channel and technology partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and within a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom, etc.
  • Hands-on approach, curiosity, and enthusiasm for exploring new domains and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • East Coast residence preferred.
