Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's efforts to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the Singapore region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and manage various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional events and presentations
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities
- Plan, manage, and travel for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
- Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
