Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Change Implementer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive and manage process improvements, systems updates, and organizational changes across departments. This role demands strong communication and project management skills and hands-on experience with Python scripting to automate tasks and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Implementation: Lead the execution of changes in processes, systems, and technology following organizational change plans:
Project Management: Manage change projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project goals are met.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,
understand business needs, and ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Risk & Impact Analysis: Perform impact and risk assessments for proposed changes and mitigate risks.
Python Scripting: Develop, modify, and maintain Python scripts for automating workflows, data
transformation, and system integration tasks.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users impacted by the changes, ensuring a smooth transition. Process Documentation: Ensure that all change processes and activities are clearly documented and updated for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and task optimization.
- Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or other change management platforms.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Change Management Knowledge: Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, ITIL).
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a focus on detail and accuracy in all work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., Prosci, PMP).
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
