POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong business acumen to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Maintain and administer FP&A; A software, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
• Manage SAAS costs model maintenance, monitoring, and forecasting
• Perform detailed review, tracking, and forecasting of non-compensation OPEX
• Conduct detailed review, tracking, and forecasting of Headcount and related costs
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Perform gross margin reporting and analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
• Support budget planning and forecasting processes
• Assist in preparing presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (CFA, CPA)
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
• Enterprise SAAS experience
