POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong business acumen to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Maintain and administer FP&A; A software, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
- Manage SAAS costs model maintenance, monitoring, and forecasting
- Perform detailed review, tracking, and forecasting of non-compensation OPEX
- Conduct detailed review, tracking, and forecasting of Headcount and related costs
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Perform gross margin reporting and analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
- Support budget planning and forecasting processes
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA)
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- Enterprise SAAS experience
- Project management experience
