We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our EMEA team who cover the EMEA market. You will sell directly to prospects and be responsible for developing new accounts in the region. With a consultative sales approach, you will manage the entire sales process from initial outreach through to contract negotiations. You will collaborate with a Sales Development Representative to prospect into your territory and work collaboratively with a Solutions Consultant to demonstrate TraceLink’s solutions.
Engage with multiple prospects via telephone, email, web, and in-person meetings to educate and drive them through the sales process
Define sales strategies working collaboratively with the sales team and management
Execute customer centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations both virtually and in-person with key decision-makers and influencers
Create high impact proposals that articulate TraceLink’s differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a partner
Manage all aspects of the close process
Build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis
Manage and document sales pipeline including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities, and future planned activities in Salesforce
Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise, and market feedback. Especially with the Solution Consulting team and the Sales Development Representative team
Must be fluent in English and German
Bachelors degree or compensatory experience
3+ years’ experience as a remote/field sales executive selling software
Demonstrated success in the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, developing proposals, overcoming objections, and closing sales
Previous sales experience in SaaS or Software
Experience selling into the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry is a plus
Strategic and Consultative Sales experience; Value-based/ROI sales background is preferred
Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
