Function and Role
TraceLink is seeking a full-time, experienced Sr. Field Marketing Manager to help develop and lead diversified marketing and sales enablement campaigns in the European, Middle Eastern, and African (EMEA) regions. The Sr. Field Marketing Manager is a key member of the TraceLink team helping tell our story to and develop meaningful engagements with senior executives, functional leaders, and other key people from companies across the global pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare supply chain as well as other influencers such as trade media, industry associations, and consulting/solution partners.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Develop, lead and execute EMEA-based integrated Sales & Marketing campaigns, based on established strategy and execution plans, which include TraceLink and industry events, webinars, demand generation programs, and content syndication
Execute pre-/post-event promotional and operational planning activities for EMEA-based events to drive qualified meetings and build sales pipeline
Attend and support EMEA-based events with Sales and other TraceLink team members to help the Event Marketing team drive engagement
Work directly with EMEA Alliances/Channel, Partner Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams to support regional partner enablement activities (events, demand generation, webinars, content, Partner Portal profile, etc.)
Coordinate closely with Business Management, Industry Marketing, and Community teams to support dedicated EMEA-focused Special Interest Groups, Innovation Forums, and Customer Launch Program activities
Engage with customers and partners to identify and develop case studies, testimonials, and references for the EMEA region
Identify potential content and program localization and translation requirements
Drive internal communications and analytics of program effectiveness to ensure broad awareness and alignment to Sales and Marketing campaigns
Monitor and evaluate industry field marketing best practices for maximizing engagement and targeted outcomes
Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in field marketing and demand generation or similar roles, preferably within an enterprise B2B, SaaS platform, or similar technology environment
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare industries is highly valuable
Demonstrated success in developing and maximizing engagement across a diversified field marketing program
Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the confidence to engage at all levels of the organization
Hands-on and collaborative leader with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to travel as required
