Founded in 2009 with the simple mission of protecting patients, today Tracelink has 8 offices, over 800 employees and more than 1300 customers in over 60 countries around the world. Our expanding product suite continues to protect patients and now also enhances multi-enterprise collaboration through innovative new applications such as MINT.

The role:

TraceLink is seeking a business technology leader with demonstrated experience developing strategies involving the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of EDI, B2B, or other platform integration technologies within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry. This role will work within TraceLink’s business strategy group, and will be focused on enabling internal and external stakeholders to more effectively engage with customers and prospects for TraceLink’s Multienterprise Information Network Tower (MINT) solution suite.

Over the last decade, TraceLink has built the world's largest cloud-based digital network of integrated supply chain stakeholders in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Using its next generation low-/no-code network development platform, Opus, TraceLink enables more than 1,300 customers and 290,000 trade partners across the supply chain to connect and exchange interoperable supply chain information to protect patients and enhance business results through end-to-end supply chain digitalization.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and collaborate on strategic product and market requirements for MINT and adjacent TraceLink solutions based on industry experience, customer feedback, and market analysis.

  • Provide customer-facing expert perspective, including on calls, at conferences, and in marketing materials such as webinars.

  • Provide insight on the Healthcare and Life Sciences B2B/EDI competitive landscape and help translate those insights into high-quality educational and training materials

  • Analyze current industry trends and customer processes across a variety of business functions (e.g., Manufacturing, Supplier Relations, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.) to provide input customer-facing messaging and materials.

  • Provide guidance and feedback to TraceLink’s Sales and Solution Consulting teams on their process mapping, solution blueprinting, and value workshopping processes and outputs to achieve enhanced results in customer engagements

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services as they create processes and materials which demonstrate customer’s realized value during implementation and proposed future projects.

Reporting Structure:

The Business Technology Consultant will report directly to the General Manager, Supply Network Orchestration.
