RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the EMEA Alliance Director, the EU Alliance Manager will nurture Partner relationships and have ownership for the day-to-day business management of revenue targets.

• Develop the channel via existing referral/reseller partnerships

• Work closely with the TraceLink sales team and partners to follow up and close business opportunities

• Organize and manage regular business cadence call review with TraceLink sales team and partners

• Organize and manage quarterly business planning with partners

• Manage lead declaration from partners and coordinate with TraceLink Sales team

• Work closely with TraceLink Partner Marketing and Partners on lead generation campaigns

• Monitor and promote to partners any new marketing collateral that could help partners to detect leads and won opportunities

• Monitor, when appropriate, the sales and technical certification program

• Ensure that CRM/PRM are updated with the latest information regarding the Partners, the lead and the business opportunities

• Form, build and execute relationships, network effectively and intelligently, internally, and within the existing TraceLink partners ecosystem.

• Clearly articulate TraceLink vision, value proposition to suit the audience, for example technical, commercial

• Liaise with internal departments e.g.: Operations, sales, technical consultants, to fulfill customer needs, such as arranging demonstrations, organizing quotes, etc.

• Attend meetings with partners, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an external facing Sales role.

• 2 years’ experience in Alliance Management, a plus

• Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to managing their workload

• Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team

• Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution

• Target-orientated

• Knowledge on Salesforce.com use is mandatory

• Experienced presenting to senior level contacts

• Clear communication and analytical skills

• Fluency in English. Fluency in at least one additional EU language, a plus

• Ability and willingness to work from the new TraceLink office in Barcelona
