The Opportunity:

TraceLink Americas Sales is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in the Wilmington, MA headquarters. As Sales Administrator, you will handle administrative tasks and account management for our customers and TraceLink's extended team. This role will be a key member of the Americas Sales team, and the person in this role can explore opportunities for career growth within the Sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accuracy of sales orders and invoices.

  • Maintain and update sales and customer records and develop monthly sales report.

  • Work closely with Sales team Account Executives and Solution Consultants to facilitate resolution of customer inquiries.

  • Coordinate customer communication with the relevant TraceLink teams, to assist with resolution of customer needs or concerns.

  • Help the Sales team in account specific research, document meeting minutes, ensure Salesforce updates are accurate, and assist with generation of reports.

  • Participate in TraceLink events and marketing campaigns, as necessary.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent

  • Hands on experience with CRM Software and MS Office (Excel in particular) is beneficial.

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of the TraceLink team.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic startup environment.
