As Financial Analyst, you’ll focus on analyzing the key drivers of US Mobile’s business, from pricing and promotions to churn, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value. You’ll turn financial and operational data into insights that help optimize growth and profitability.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure leadership has clear visibility into the performance of core initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Business & Financial Analysis
- Analyze customer and revenue metrics, including ARPU, cohort, churn, CAC, and LTV, to identify trends and performance drivers.
- Lead pricing and promotional analysis for both existing and new business initiatives, assessing how changes affect customer acquisition, retention, margins, and overall financial performance.
- Conduct deep dives on variances and partner with cross-functional teams to explain performance.
- Update and maintain elements of the financial model to reflect current business assumptions and data inputs.
- Present clear, data-backed analyses and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisions.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, variance analyses, and reforecast updates in coordination with the Finance Manager.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports that make business performance clear and actionable.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and key drivers behind performance changes, providing timely insights to leadership.

Minimum experience and qualification:

  • Experience working on consumer facing technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business strategy or analytics.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills; proficiency with SQL or other analytical tools.
  • Experience in pricing, marketing, or customer analytics.
  • Experience in financial planning & forecasting & modelling and creating data-driven analysis.
  • Experience in monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, and financial KPIs.
