Role Overview
As a senior manager, you’ll join the leadership team and have full freedom to build an exceptional talent pipeline. This is a diverse role that moves fast and requires adaptability, creative problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
You’ll shape hiring strategies, develop scalable processes, create a strong employer brand and foster a culture that attracts top talent across industries.
We are looking for a senior manager to shape hiring strategies, develop scalable processes, create a strong employer brand and foster a culture that attracts top talent across industries. The role will partner closely with leadership to attract, assess and hirehigh-quality talent across all roles.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, career pages, universities and industry forums.
Drive data-led hiring through clear metrics on pipeline health, time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Partner with leadership to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
Strengthen sourcing strategies across referrals, direct sourcing, agencies, and digital platforms.
Ensure consistent, fair, and policy-aligned hiring processes.
Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.
Strong Talent Acquisition experience, including high volume batch hiring particularly for customer experience focused teams.
Strong understanding of pipeline development, employer branding and stakeholder management.
Experience hiring in fast-paced or growth environments.
Excellent communication, judgement and execution skills.
